Why does God let bad things happen to good people?  This is the question that Kirk Cameron (yes, that same good looking guy from Growing Pains) creatively teaches on in the movie, Unstoppable.

About The Movie

The movie was inspired by the death of Kirk's close friend who died of cancer at the young age of 15. Cameron takes his viewers on a hope-filled journey to help us better understand the big question, "Where is God in the midst of tragedy and suffering?"  He starts from the very beginning, where good and evil first came from and helps us to consider where pain and suffering comes from in our lives.

Unstoppable was only in theaters for two weeks and sold over 260,000 tickets!  What a great message that reached so many people.  And if you are wondering what Kirk Cameron is up to now, he and his wife are founders of Camp Firefly.  A place where seriously ill children and their families are provided an all-expense paid retreat.  Kirk and his wife live in California with their six children.

  6. I just love the Kirk Cameron and the message of faith in his movies. This is a movie I will watch with my family time and time again down through generations. I wish they made more films like this to add to our movie library. We have impressionable teenagers and I like them to watch movies that teach good life lessons and about having faith in God.
